At Heavy Metal Hockey, we believe that every player deserves to have the best possible Training to help them perform at their best. That's why we train and prepare to get to the next level. We also believe in providing exceptional nutrition to our players after the work-out and skate, so they can recover faster, and keep getting stronger and faster.
Train with Heavy Metal Hockey Stick.#1 Training hockey stick.
On ice instruction focusing on skill development, power skating, and edge work, shooting , passing, game concepts, at a game pace.
Dryland instruction focusing on shooting, stick handling, plyometrics, strength, flexibility, balance, speed, and reaction.
Our 6 -week program is designed to transition into many parts of the game of hockey ,honing each skill as the camp moves forward it becomes challenging and is designed to continuously motivate the player to push their limits, and train outside of their comfort zone.
Training for 6 weeks consistently, develops proper habits with reaction , agility , skill progression, develops muscle/ brain memory and muscle memory. As the players grow; and get bigger, faster, and stronger, they are using correct technique.
Players receive work out gear, jersey, socks, and swag bag.
Special guest and Pros coming to work out and skate.
